TERMS OF SERVICE — HAAZAL

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (haazal.com) or engaging with HAAZAL Studio services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must not use this website or our services.

2. Services Provided

HAAZAL Studio provides professional creative services, including but not limited to:

  • Video production and editing
  • Photography services
  • Branding and visual design
  • Digital content creation

All services are customized and defined per individual agreement with the client.

3. Eligibility

By using this website or our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

4. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm any booking
  • The remaining balance must be paid before or upon final delivery
  • No final files will be delivered until full payment is received

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services in case of non-payment.

5. Project Scope & Revisions

  • The scope of work is defined before the project begins
  • Any additional work outside scope may incur extra charges
  • Reasonable revisions are included (as agreed), excessive revisions may be billed

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled work: deposit may be partially refunded at our discretion
  • Cancellation within 48 hours: deposit is non-refundable
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

  • Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final delivered content
  • Ownership of raw files, drafts, and unused materials remains with HAAZAL Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing

Portfolio Use

HAAZAL Studio reserves the right to:

  • Display completed work in portfolio
  • Use content for marketing and promotional purposes

Unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Obtain all necessary permissions (locations, models, trademarks, etc.)
  • Ensure no third-party rights are violated

The client assumes full responsibility for legal clearance of provided materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

HAAZAL Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, business, or opportunities
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure, technical issues, etc.)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HAAZAL Studio from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from:

  • Your misuse of the content
  • Violation of third-party rights
  • Breach of these Terms

11. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Misuse or abusive behavior occurs
  • Payment obligations are not met

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland and applicable European Union regulations.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
